Who is Ruth Ledesma?

I am a seasoned, professional coach (that means trained, experienced and old enough to know better).  In the past few years as an experienced coach I have become increasingly involved in coaching and consulting with professional thinkers and leaders (strategists, policy makers, CEO's, members of think tanks, academicians, etc.) and professional communicators (writers, speakers, trainers, etc.).  I help them clarify concepts so that they are more easily understood and accepted.  I help them distill the wisdom they have acquired over the years and then package that wisdom in the most readily understood and profitable format. I love ideas!!!!!  And nothing thrills me more than talking about them with other idea people.

My clients tend to be very bright, very dynamic, and very creative people who inspire me because they are willing and able to do what it takes to make a BIG difference in this world.

My clients call me Mama Bear because I defend my clients' best interests like a mama bear defends her cubs.
